Reviewing and Annotating Documents from Patient’s Chart

Users can now access review documents from a patient’s chart as a pop-up modal with the associated review command. Review documents can also be annotated by users within this modal and placed directly on a patient’s chart. These documents include Lab, Imaging, Specialist Consult, and any Uncategorized Clinical Document Reports.
